IS LUCID DREAMING DANGEROUS?

Our lucid dreams are the reflection of our inner world and are not any more dangerous than our fantasies.

Of course, if you have any mental disorders, it is better to consult your doctor before you start learning to lucid dream (for example, lucid dreaming is not recommended for people who suffer from psychosis. See «Psychosis and the Control of Lucid Dreaming».)

Unless you have a mental illness, lucid dreaming is absolutely safe.
