The words "us", "we", or "our" means DIALPRO OÜ, a legal entity existing under the laws of Estonia, registered at Tartu mnt 43/F. R. Kreutzwaldi 24, Tallinn, Estonia, 10128, state register number 11342991. We operate this site sweetluciddreams.com (hereinafter referred as the "Site").
The words "you", “your” and "yours" means any user of the Site, either who visit the Site, or who is subscribed to our e-mail subscription, or who is buying or have bought any of our product (including, but not limited to our courses, trainings, webinars, books, etc. – hereinafter referred to as “the Products” or “our Products”).
The words "Personal Information" means any identified or identifiable (with commercially reasonable efforts) data about you.
The words "the Services” or "our Services” mean any services we provide you with through the Site free of charge for you (including, but not limited to our subscription service, etc.).
The words “our Partners”, or “the Partners”, or “Partners” means selected and reputable service providers whose services we use to deliver the Site to you and to provide you with our Services and our Products you request from us. Some of our Partners may be located outside of the European Economic Area. Please see the list of our Partners in Section 17 below.
The words “our Partners’ Services”, or “the Partners’ Services”, or “Partners’ Services” means the services which our Partners provide us with to deliver the Site to you and to provide you with our Services and our Products you request from us. Our Partners’ Services may include: hosting; content providers; data storage; e-mail communication and distribution services; billing and payment processing services; domain name registrars; Internet security services; fraud detection and prevention services; web analytics; performance measurement services; etc..
2. What Personal Information do we collect?
In order to provide you with our Products and our Services you require, we may collect your name, your e-mail address, billing details (name, physical billing address, payment method and transaction details), details regarding a browsing or usage session (IP address, Geo-location and/or device unique identifier), details regarding connected third-party accounts (such as Facebook account), correspondences, and other details that are relevant to the Products and the Services in which you are interested.
3. How do we collect Personal Information?
3.1. We collect the personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. We may collect Personal Information:
3.1.1 When you subscribe to our Services (for instance our subscription service);
3.1.2. When you sign-in to any of our Services via third party services such as Facebook;
3.1.3. When you order any of our Products;
3.1.4. When you shop on the Site;
3.1.5. When you make payments to us;
3.1.6. When you submit or upload Personal Information as you use any of our Services;
3.1.7. When you contact us directly, for instance, to request information or request any additional services (we may keep a record of correspondence between you and us in case it might be needed in the future);
3.1.8. When you participate in a survey that we use for research purposes (please note that you do not have to respond to any of our surveys; however, you may participate if you want to contribute to the development of lucid dreaming education);

4. Why do we collect Personal Information and how do we use it?
4.1. We collect Personal Information for the following purposes:
4.1.1. To respond to you (for instance, send you information which you have requested);
4.1.2. To provide and operate the Site;
4.1.3. To provide you with our Services and our Products;
4.1.4. To improve the Site, our Services and our Products, and customize them based on your preferences and interests;
4.1.5. To provide you with our technical support if needed;

4.2. Retention of Personal Information.
We may retain your Personal Information for as long as needed to provide you with the Services and/or the Products. We may also retain your Personal Information after you stop using any of our Services and/or our Products, as reasonably necessary: 1) to comply with our legal obligations, 2) to resolve any disputes related to the use of our Services and/or our Products, 3) to prevent fraud and other illegal activities, 4) to enforce our agreements and/or protect our legitimate interests.
5. Your right to access your Personal Information
At any time, you have the right to receive a copy of your Personal Information that we hold. To obtain it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or mail your request to Sweet Lucid Dreams OU, and we will respond within a reasonable time and according to applicable law. We may charge a small fee to cover our administrative costs for providing you with such a copy of your Personal Information.
6. Who do we disclose your Personal Information to?
6.1. Without your explicit approval, we will not disclose or otherwise allow access to your Personal Information to any third parties other than:
6.1.1. In response to lawful requests by public authorities.
We disclose your Personal Information if we are obliged by law to do so (with or without notice to you) in response to lawful requests by public authorities (such as legal actions, legal proceedings, search warrants, court orders, etc.), including cases when we have to meet national security regulations or requirements of law enforcement authorities.
6.1.2. We may disclose (without notice to you) your Personal Information to respective third parties (including public authorities), if we believe in good faith that this will help to protect the rights, property or personal safety of us, of any user of the Site, of any consumer of our Services and/or Products, or any member of the general public.
6.1.3. It is necessary for reasonable enforcement of our contractual rights.
6.1.4. For identifying or resolving technical problems arising from the use of the Site, the Services and the Products; if it is necessary according to respective persons who are identifying or resolving such technical problems.
6.1.5. It is necessary for dealing with complaints from any third party concerning the operation of the Site and delivering our Services and Products.
6.1.6. Our Partners’ Services.
We use certain reputable Partners to provide us with certain Partner’ Services to publish the Site and to provide you with our Services and our Products you request from us. The Partners will have access to your Personal Information, but only when such Partners need an access to your Personal Information in order to provide the Partners’ Services to us (for instance, storage of your Personal Information in a secured cloud). Such our Partners’ Services may receive or otherwise have access to some of your Personal Information, depending on Services they provide for us so we can deliver our Services to you.
Please note, that our Partners do not have access to your Personal Information provided by you in our online store (hereinafter – “Online Store Personal Data”). We will not share your Online Store Personal Data with third parties except for (i) the legal entity which processed your payment, (ii) unless it is required by law. We do not have access and we do not store information about a credit/debit card (like card number, card security code and card expiration date) which you use in our online store.
6.2. Social media features integrated with the Site
Certain social media features (such as the “Facebook Connect” feature, “Facebook Like” button, etc.) are integrated with the Site. Through such features social media operators (like “Facebook”) may collect some Personal Information (such as your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Site, etc.) and may set cookies or use other tracing technologies for the purposes described in the policies of such social media operators. If you use such social media features, the collecting and use of your Personal Information by such social media operators are regulated by their policies, and we have no control over them.
6.3. Use and disclosure of non-Personal Information
For the avoidance of doubt, we may disclose and otherwise use any data that cannot be identified or identifiable (with commercially reasonable efforts) as connected with you (hereinafter referred to as “non-Personal Information”) in our sole discretion and without the need for further approval. Such non-Personal Information may include: device identifiers; IP addresses; pixel tags and similar technologies; physical location information; demographic information, including gender, dates of birth, etc. Non-Personal Information may also include Personal Information that has been aggregated or anonymized (deidentified).

7.1. Your Personal Information is stored, maintained and processed by us on our equipment, or by our Partners on their equipment, on our behalf and at our direction. Please see the list of our Partners in Section 17 below.
7.2. Storage and processing of Personal Information outside of the European Union
Some of our Partners are situated outside of the European Union. Your Personal Information may be stored, maintained and processed in the United States of America, in Europe (including in the European Union), in Israel, and in other jurisdictions selected for this purposes by our Partners.
8.1. News, offers and promotional materials
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with news, offers, promotional materials and other information, that we think, may be of interest to you.
By subscribing to our subscription Services and providing us with your e-mail address, you consent to receive the above-mentioned information.
8.2. Administrative messages
We may also use your Personal Information to contact you with important information regarding our Services (for instance (including, but not limited to): notices about important technical issues of any of our Services; notifications of material changes in our Services, etc.).

At any moment you may opt out of receiving mentioned in Section 8.1. above information by clicking on the hyperlink at the bottom of the relevant e-mail or other relevant communication.
Please note that we may still send other messages to you, such as administrative messages and you will not be able to opt-out of receiving such administrative messages.
We use certain Partners to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and/or alteration, unauthorized disclosure and destruction. Your Personal Information is protected by complex security measures, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Our Partners have a reputation for applying such measures and meeting recognized security standards. Please note, regardless of the measures taken by our Partners, neither they nor we can and do guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information, because no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, at present moment, is 100% secure.
